Thank you for visiting the website of Concord Medical Limited (the "Site"). Access to and use of the Site and related services (collectively, the "Services") are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on the Site (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "TOS"). By using the Services, such as placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service.

Concord Medical Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. Our registered addresses are Unit 9 Basement, Shing Lee Commercial Building. 8 Wing Kut Street, Sheung Wan; and Workshop J, 13/F Shield Industrial Centre. 84-92 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan.

Concord Medical Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and this TOS at any time. You are advised to check the Site from time to time to check the update or changes to the said policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and the TOS.

1. Registration                        

You need to register an account to use some of the Services available to you on the Site. To register an account, you agree to supply information about yourself that is true, complete, current and accurate in all aspects. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal data.

If you are under 18, you must let your parents or guardians know about our Privacy Policy before you register to use the Site and the Services. Concord Medical Limited reserves the right to only accept orders from you if you are 18 years old or above.

In using the Site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.  To keep your account and password secure is your responisbility. If you feel or suspect that the security of your account has been put in jeopardy or if there is unauthorised use of your account, please immediately contact us.

You may not license, reproduce, distribute, sell or publish any content embodied within this Site without prior authorization or consent of Concord Medical Ltd. Any such violations may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties. All content and software (which is defined as, or includes, any text, music or audio, graphics, video, photographs, and image) are the intellectual property of Concord Medical Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws and intellectual property and international treaty provisions. 

Concord Medical Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time and for any period.

To advertise or to send unsolicited messages of any kind pretending to be others or supplying any kind of false information, Concord Medical Limited reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion. We may email you to note you of the termination of your account in such an event.

We may take actions against your account for undertakings including, but not limited to: Usage of any technology in holding multiple accounts, shattering any of our services, initiating or posting materials that are racially or ethnically controversial, threatening, defamatory, harassing or unlawful.

The Site may include links to other forms of social media or websites that are not run by or prepared by Concord Medical Limited. We have no control over these other forms of social media and websites and we will not accept responsibility for them or be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them.

Concord Medical Limited is not responsible for the accuracy and the content of any off-Site pages, which include but is not limited to advertisers of the Site. Use of these external forms of social media or resources will be at your own risk and subject to the terms of use and service embodied within each of such sites.

To place orders with us, you are required to meet our conditions of eligibility.

Be aged 18 years old or over.

Possessed a valid PayPal account.

Provided personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email       address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as stated in the Site).

To place an order with us, you authorize Concord Medical Limited to process a charge on your PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

Concord Medical Limited will do our best to safeguard the content and the descriptions of products on the Site to be as complete and accurate as possible. But we do not warrant that the content and the descriptions of products are absolutely accurate, complete, error-free and current.

Prices displayed in this Site are all in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). At the time your order is accepted, prices shown on the Site will be recognized with the exception of obvious mistake. Whereas we do our best to ensure that all prices on the Site are accurate, we do not warrant that they are error-free and reserve our right to amend any mistakes. If we find out that an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will note you as soon as possible and offer you the option of cancelling or reconfirming your order. If we cannot contact you, we will regard the order as cancelled.

Payments are accepted by depositing to our account at Hang Seng Bank Ltd. or DBS Bank (H.K.) Ltd. or via PayPal.

By placing an order online, you confirm that the PayPal account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it.

Upon receiving your order and payment, we shall email you acknowledging the receipt of your order. But the contract between you and Concord Medical Limited will only be completed when we email you confirming the goods have been dispatched to you.

Concord Medical Limited reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following: The product you ordered is out of stock; there are shipping restrictions; we identify a pricing or product description error; we are not able to obtain authorization for payment; you do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as set out in this TOS.

Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.

We do not offer refunds or returns, but are happy to replace any defective products. All sales and subscriptions are final.

Concord Medical Limited does not guarantee that using the Site and Services will be error-free and that the Site or the servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.

Unexpected events may happen beyond our control, such as adverse weather. Under such conditions, Concord Medical Limited will always do its best to maintain its services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this TOS.

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us, Concord Medical Limited (including its directors, agents, affiliates and suppliers), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you. This includes the use of the Site by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction.

If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, it is no waiver for us to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.
